Life is rich with moments to savour, process and digest. Yet modern life is busy too and it can often feel like we don’t have a moment to ourselves to really soak it all up. We can leap into our days weary and unprotected and in the thrall of whatever roller-coaster comes our way, or we can find ourselves on a never ending treadmill, craving something deeper and more heart-felt.
There are assumptions around meditation which suggest it is a practice of stepping away from the world and all the life that circulates inside of us. In reality, meditation is all about feeling and installing the moments of life we truly feel we are living rather than existing.
Research shows it only takes 17 seconds to a minute to have a meaningful meditative experience with a lasting positive effect.
In this workshop, learn the magical art of micro meditating and practices that you can bring into the actual life you have whatever needs are arising in the moment.
We’ll learn meditations for the start of your day (including coffee meditation, shower meditation, aura protection meditation), throughout your day (quick grounding, quick confidence, quick check in, quick relax and reboot) and all the way into the evening (process and digest, wine meditation, before-I-go-to-sleep practice) and more.
