Meditation for Stress and Anxiety – Workshop

Most of us experience feelings of overwhelm, stress or debilitating anxiety at some time in our lives. The feelings of helplessness and isolation these conditions bring can affect our ability to function and experience ease in our daily life. There are skills we can learn to re-establish a harmonious relationship between our inner and outer lives. These practices can help us feel at ease and whole even when under pressure, and help to alleviate some of the physical and emotional effects of stress and anxiety.
In this life-enhancing workshop, Alison guides us to use meditation to:

– Nurture and maintain a friendly bond with yourself and life

– Reclaim pleasure and joy
– Install good experiences so that they become lasting happiness rather than temporary experiences
