Self Care Sunday

My journey with self care began in 1994 when I was diagnosed with MS and had to work out a whole new way of living … where I could still live a busy life, keep growing my career, have a family and yet somehow keep my health. Nothing and no one in my life has been so great and profoundly wise a teacher. Over the last two decades I have been developing a protocol and have been actively sharing this with many different people in many different ways, not the least of which have been the coaching and teaching offerings I have been sharing through Innate Being and Innate Meditation. I am so pleased and excited now to have launched Self Care Sundays – a time and space for anyone interested in finding a way to make more time and space for themselves, including practices of self forgiveness and finding an attitude of loving connection and loving attention to themselves.

I run regular self care and self empowerment workshops on Sundays.  Organise your own private group (min 5 people, max 8 people, $65.00 pp, organiser comes free) or come to our next “everyone welcome” session on Sunday 11th September – details below
