Bali Retreat

Join us as we relax into a rejuvenating & inspiring week away in the paradise that is “The Shala Bali”, an idyllic retreat sanctuary, situated amongst expansive rice fields and coconut palms in gorgeous Ubud, the cultural heart of Bali.
We will lap up and soak in the serene magic this beautiful island is so steeped in, as we immerse in morning and afternoon yoga & meditation practices, within a stunning open air yoga shala, enjoy healthy & delicious local cuisine, indulge in pampering and self care rituals, laze, journal, explore, relax by the private infinity pool, and maybe sip a cocktail or two as the sun sets, surrounded by like minded souls.
The focus for the week will be around reclaiming yourself and reconnecting to and affirming what is it to embody “Bliss” as we travel through each day with an intention to unfold into, and be led by our truest and most authentic self. Off the Mat we will explore Bliss in nourishing and uplifting ways as we relax into the beauty, support & transformational healing that such a retreat and potent surrounds ultimately bring to body, mind & spirit.
Each day will commence with sunrise meditation followed by a rejuvenating, breath-inspired vinyasa class, where we will expand and develop our practice throughout the duration of the retreat. Later in the afternoons, surrounded by the beauty & sounds of nature, you will experience the complete nurture of yin yoga &/or meditation to rejuvenate body and mind.
Whilst there will be plenty of yoga & meditation on the retreat, the schedule is tailored to your individual needs so there will be space to just be, to melt away the daily stresses of modern life, to luxuriate, pamper, rest and rejuvenate and simply do as you please. For the more adventurous souls, there are plenty of additional optional activities around Ubud for you to partake in, including exploring its thriving and artistic town centre.
All yoga classes will be led by Amy Wilkinson and all meditation facilitated by Alison Potts.
This retreat is limited to 14 participants and as we expect it to book out, it is advised to register early.
