I am pleased to announce that I am teaming up again with Amy Wilkinson of Inna Bliss Yoga to offer another Women’s Self Care and Self Empowerment yoga and meditation retreat in NSW.
A yoga and meditation retreat like no other where the invitation is to arrive home and rest in into your heart, renewing the infinite source of beauty and inspiration we have within so we can return to the world with a more vivid presence, vitalised for life inside and out.
Join Amy Wilkinson of Inna Bliss Yoga and Alison Potts of Innate Being, for this 3 night luxury retreat, held at the stunning Wybelena Organic Farm, situated in over 170 acres of luscious property in Byron Shire.
“Wybalena” – meaning home or resting place is a unique and idyllic property with rolling green hills, spring fed creeks and large dams. It has plentiful and diverse wildlife and is home to many endangered species. The property, with its natural beauty, serenity, and pristine air and water provides an ideal space to relax, heal, revitalise and connect.
Together we will enjoy 4 days of yoga and meditation practices and workshops that will guide us to go inside and connect to the centre of our being, to ground and to cultivate a lasting sanctuary of healing, renewal and radiance. In addition, we’ll enjoy an abundance of organic and healing foods, inspiring conversations, cosy fire chats and soul affirming rituals as well as plenty of space to simply be and bask in the magnificent potency and beauty of the surrounds.
Each day will commence with a sunrise meditation, infusing our senses with the delights of nature, and followed up by a nourishing and invigorating yoga flow practice. The afternoons will be spent sharing in one of Alison’s workshops in her inspiring and instinctual approach to meditation, or immersing into a deeply healing and restorative yoga practice with Amy, infused with essential oil practices, guided visualisations and self care rituals, designed to ground, purify and elevate your presence. On the Saturday evening we’ll connect around an open fire and share in a delightful music and wine meditation to luxuriate in our senses even more. It’s all about balance after all. So if you are feeling called to take extended break away this winter with a group of like minded souls, embracing the delights of nature and immersing into practices that will nestle you deeper into your heart and into your spirit, then this is one for you!
